Education:
The purpose is to provide global and regional education leadership; to establish global education systems from early infancy to maturity; and to respond to current global challenges through transformational education. From preschool through higher education, including technical and vocational education and training, the foundation will provide educational development to disadvantaged and needy communities.
Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection:
To promote, support and create awareness about:
Energy consumption, Sustainable clean and green energy, Water conservation, Forest conservation, Eco friendly measures, Indigenous knowledge systems.
Safety & Empowerment:
The Foundation will promote gender equality and women’s empowerment through awareness campaigns, capacity development, altering men’s and youth’s mindsets and perspectives, and executing programmes and schemes
HealthCare:
The foundation will aim to improve the lives of the elderly by training and enabling them to find new jobs. The Dr. O P Bhalla Foundation will encourage physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Sports, Performing Arts, Literature, and Crafts Promotion:
The foundation will promote and support athletes, artisans, and diverse types and forms of sports, dance, theatre, folk art, painting, and literature, among others.
Capacity Building and Knowledge Societies:
To establish inclusive knowledge societies and empower local communities by improving access to, preservation of, and exchange of information and knowledge, as well as training in ICT literacy, Digital Literacy, and Media Literacy. The Foundation would also do research to advance this objective.
