MRIS Sec-21, Faridabad:

They took out an anti- cracker rally on October 17th and 18th, raising anti-cracker slogans and performing nukkad-natak. The young enthusiasts walked through streets and market places of Faridabad. They made banners and performed skits on the prominent places and motivated them to join the campaign.

MRIS Charmwood:

An anti cracker rally was flagged off by the President of Resident Welfare Association,esteemed members and  Director Principal, Ms. Sanyogita Sharma from MRIS, Charmwood.The aim of the rally was to sensitize the residents of the Charmwood Community about the ill effects of bursting of fire crackers during the Festival of Lights, Diwali.

Even the Resident Welfare Association members of the community lauded the efforts of the students and particpated in the rally.The students and teachers of MRIS, CW pledged not to burst any cracker and have a peaceful, clean, green and safe Diwali. The students conveyed the message enthusiastically and convincingly carrying placards and shouting slogans. Some of them were dressed up as mythological characters, they even presented nukkad natak to spread awareness among the masses.

The whole atmosphere was echoing with the words: Say No To Crackers, Say Yes To Life which rightfully mean to end the menace of evils like Child Labour and pollution.

MRIS Sec-14, Faridabad:

Welcoming the festival of lights, kindergarteners of MRIS 14 conducted awareness rally urging the students to observe a pollution-free Diwali. The main aim of the rally was to give an extra push for a noiseless, cracker free Diwali and creating civic and social consciousness among the students. The tiny tots spread the message through posters and banners with slogans like   ‘This Diwali , Only Earthen Diyas, No Fire Crackers’, ‘Have A safe,clean and green diwali’, ‘ Make someone smile this Diwali’, ‘Find the joy in spreading  happiness this diwali by not burning crackers’ . The students energetically and enthusiastically walked through entire Primary wing  to spread the message.
