“I am planting a tree to teach me to gather strength from my deepest roots”
MRIS-Sector14 once again got the opportunity to serve the society. The school Headmistress, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma along with students and teacher visited the Govt. Girls High Secondary School, Mohna, which has been adopted under the ageis of Dr. O. P.Bhalla Foundation. But this time along with peer teaching, the purpose of visit was to make the students aware of the importance of clean and green environment.
“Tree Plantation” was done by the students of Govt. Girls High Secondary School, in the presence of the Village Sarpanch . The students excited participated in the event and volunteered to be the Green Cops, to take care of the plants. They were also briefed about the importance of trees in our life. The songs based on nature were sung by them melodiously, making the whole environment lively.
