Under the aegis of Dr. O. P. Bhalla Foundation, Swachh Bharat, Swastha Bharat Abhiyan was initiated on 2nd October 2014. Since Oct 2014 we took the responsibility of cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness at the Old Faridabad Railway Station and other surrounding areas of Faridabad. In order to extend our efforts to continue with this grand vision, we have recently taken the initiative to clean the Shiv Mandir, Sainik Colony, Faridabad. To fulfill our objective of Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection cleanliness of the Mandir will be done on a weekly basis, wherein all the constituents of Manav Rachna Educational Institution will take a part.
To begin with, Faculty of Management Studies, MRIU has taken up the cleanliness of the Mandir from the month of August. The housekeeping staff was taken to the Mandir and surrounding areas as well as the premises of the Mandir was cleaned .
